Anyone who knows me well knows that this sort of trip is a little outside of my comfort zone. That said, I could not be more excited to take Europe by storm and find some independence along the way! I must mention, it will be a huge help, and a huge amount of fun, staying with some great friends scattered across the continent. I'll be staying with my bestie Lisa in Amsterdam, choir buddy and all-round fabulous guy Kevin in Paris, fellow cottage-girl Pauline in Berlin, and Kathaumixw competition and long-distance "Slovenian Boyfriend" Matevz in Ljubljana. Along with trips to the cities I have friends in, I also plan to visit Copenhagen and other parts of Denmark (shout out to the Duerr family), and Salzburg, Austria to get my Sound of Music on.
